Nick Nicholson founded Nicholson Asset Management Services, LLC in 2015 to assist friends in the banking industry maximize their recovery in workout situations and provide consulting services, as well as purchase and sales of machinery, equipment, trucks and trailers. To expand his services to trustees, attorneys and CPAs, Machinery & Equipment Services Group was formed providing Certified, USPAP compliant appraisals and logistics in collaboration with fellow industry specialists.  Nick has over 30 years of experience managing, marketing and evaluating industrial assets. His 25-year tenure and senior management experience with Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (NYSE: RBA) provide deep background and an extensive network of relationships to serve your machinery & equipment needs.

Nick has been directly involved with every facet of several thousand appraisals. This included pricing responsibilities for over $4B worth of equipment appraisals throughout his career spanning varied economic cycles. He has personally managed asset liquidations for more than twenty bankruptcies and provided management oversight on many others.
